To protect and serve the public by assuring safe building practices through active code enforcement.

Overview

Building Inspection staff manages contractor licensing and the residential & commercial plan review process. This division has established a normal time schedule for building plan review. Staff members also follow a schedule of required building inspections to ensure the inspections are fair and consistent.
