Summary and State Contact Information The City’s Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program is a State of Wyoming DEQ requirement that the City was mandated to adopt per Ordinance(PDF, 276KB) in 2004. The US EPA and Wyoming DEQ perform annual audits of our backflow program to ensure we are keeping up with the retro-fit and new installation of backflow devices for all City water customers.
