The mission of the Planning Services Division is to create and implement plans and policies that foster the basic principles of planning for health, safety and sustainable neighborhoods.
The Planning Services Division is responsible for administering the City’s zoning and development code regulations, including condominium(PDF, 76KB) regulations, annexations, rezoning and comprehensive plan for the City of Gillette.
The planning staff reviews development projects and has adopted spatial planning approaches for local land resource management.

Please register for an online account with the City of Gillette. Citizen Self Service will allow you to apply for a permit, plan or a contractor license. You will also have the capability to schedule inspections, print permits and pay for fees.
