Councilman Nathan McLeland graduated from Campbell County High School in 1995. He attended the University of Wyoming, earning a B.S. in Political Science. He then graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2003, Juris Doctor. He was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar in September of 2003. He worked at the law firm of Lubnau, Bailey & Dumbrill from 2003 to 2007. He is currently a Managing Member of M & K Oil Company, LLC.
Councilman Nathan McLeland was appointed to represent Ward Three on the City Council in 2018.
