The Electrical Services Division maintains the City’s underground & overhead electric distribution lines and the 69kV transmission line that supplies wholesale power purchased by the City for distribution to its customers. The division operates & maintains the City’s electrical substations and installs line extensions into new service territory.

The electrical operations section installs & maintains all City street lights and installs holiday decorations. This division also assumes responsibility for construction of selected capital improvement projects to the electrical distributions system, as well as providing quality control in conjunction with Electrical Engineering on projects completed by contractors.

Every year Electrical Services present Electrical Safety to all 3rd Graders in Campbell County Schools.
